Here’s something I heard yesterday.
In 1985, Villanova won the national championship with a win over Georgetown in Lexington, KY. The Wildcats became the only 8-seed to ever win the NCAA Tournament. While in Lexington, the Villanova team hotel was the Crowne Plaza.
Colorado State is an 8-seed in this year’s tournament.
Their hotel you ask…
